Abstract: It is developed a microscopic description of superconductivity inferromagnetic materials with triplet pairing triggered by the exchange ofmagnetic fluctuations. Instead widely used paramagnon model we work withphenomenological spectrum of fluctuations in the orthorhombic ferromagnet withstrong magnetic anisotropy. Depending of the field orientation parallel orperpendicular to the direction of spontaneous magnetization the effectiveamplitude of pairing interaction proves to be decreasing or increasing functionof magnetic field that allows to explain the drastic difference in magnitudesof upper critical field in these directions.
