Abstract: Thermal fluctuations of the order parameter in an ultrathin triangular shapedsuperconducting structure are studied near $T {c}$, in zero applied field. Wefind that the order parameter is prone to much larger fluctuations in thecorners of the structure as compared to its interior. This geometry-inducedlocalization of thermal fluctuations is attributed to the fact that condensateconfinement in the corners is characterised by a lower effectivedimensionality, which favors stronger fluctuations.
