Abstract: In the present paper, we propose the parity even,orbital singlet and spintriplet pairing state as the ground state of the newly discoveredsuper-conductor $LaO {1-x}F xFeAs$.The pairing mechanism involves both thespecial shape of the electron fermi surface and the strong ferromagneticfluctuation induced by Hund-s rule coupling.The special behavior of theBogoliubov quasi-particle spectrum may leads to -Fermi arc- like anisotropysuper-conducting gap, which can be detected by angle resolved photoemissionARPES.The impurity effects are also discussed.
