SPSS version 14, one-way Anowa, Chi-square and analysisof varience were used to compare the data among two and three groups. Results:Anemia, underlying medical diseases including heart, thyroid and pulmonarydiseases, obstetric complications including severe pre-eclampsia andgestational diabetes mellitus, placentaprevia and preterm labour; medical administrations including magnesiumsulfate, dexamethasone and bricanyl, outcome of deliveries and neonataloutcomes, were different with statistical significance between the 3 groupsof pregnant women. Conclusion: Adverse maternal and neonatal outcomes weremostly found in the pregnant women ≤ 16 and ≥ 40 years. Education of contraception,safe sex and effective care during pregnancy of both extremely maternal agegroups should be implemented to reduce those poor outcomes.
