A new control strategy based on brain emotion learning model BEL is used to control the large time-delay and time-variability system of the tradition cone crusher which don’t have a ideal control. The emotional learning process plays an effective role in Amygdale-Orbitofrontal A-O mammalians brain, which is the calculating model for simulation emotional learning process of the brain. The paper designs a new intelligent controller based on brain emotion learning model. The intelligent controller is used to control cone crusher system. The results of the simulation show that the ability of BELBIC in controlling cone crusher has fast response speed and strong robustness.
