porous ZnO nanosheets with wurtzite structure is produced by the thermal treatment of ZnSen0.5 en = ethylenediamine complex precursor, wiich is combined through solvothermal method with the materials of ZnCl, CSNH22, and ethylenediamine, to 600℃ in air. The PL spectra shows that the emission peak at 545 nm is obtained by the excitation wavelength of 270 nm, without the emission peaks 380~390 nm of excitons. The emission peak is high and can be attributed to VO + and Zn1?z+.
