Based on the present of the newly established local colleges and universities ,The paper analyze the two main continuing education ways which are in-service study for advanced degree and training supplied by school. Based on the merits of the above-mentioned, the paper put s forward systemic classroom study which use domestic teaching resources effectively, and hopes that will improve teaching level quick.
