Experience shows that the generation of this knowledge –useful and necessary– should result from the different views and contributions of everybody; that is to say, there should defend a point of view for the collective construction of the same. In this respect, tools such as dissemination and a socialization make possible that different production spaces have new ideas; it means that already existing knowledge is controversial, refined, altered, reconstructed or supported. With the publication of our 25 edition, corresponding to the period January-June, 2014, Opinión Jurídica Journal wants to continue contributing to this endless dialogue in the juridical field and likewise contribute to the discussion of the current theory.
In this edition, ten articles – result of research developed by the authors - are presented. All articles received for this issue were evaluated by academic peers appointed by the Journal Editorial Committee, and based on the evaluations and recommendations made by the editor, we made the decision of publishing those articles which had been the best evaluated ones and those which complied with academic demanded conditions, with the purpose of continuing improving in ...
