Abstract: We determine the temperature $T$ dependence of first and second sound modefrequencies for trapped Fermi gases undergoing BCS to Bose Einsteincondensation BEC crossover. Our results are based on the two fluid equationsin conjunction with a microscopic calculation of thermodynamical variables. Asin experiment and at unitarity, we show that the lowest radial breathing modeis $T$ independent. At finite $T$, higher order breathing modes strongly mixwith second sound. Their complex $T$ dependence should provide an alternativeway of measuring the transition temperature, $T c$.
