Abstract: We report observation of spin-orbit Berrys phase in the Aharonov-Bohm ABtype oscillation of weak field magnetoresistance in an anti-dot lattice ADLof a two-dimensional hole system. An AB-type oscillation is superposed on thecommensurability peak, and the main peak in the Fourier transform is clearlysplit up due to variation in Berrys phase originating from the spin-orbitinteraction. A simulation considering Berrys phase and the phase arising fromthe spin-orbit shift in the momentum space shows qualitative agreement with theexperiment.
