Abstract: We study in detail a critical line on the phase diagram of the Cho-Fishernetwork model separating three different phases: metallic and two distinctlocalized phases with different quantized thermal Hall conductances. Thissystem describes non-interacting quasiparticles in disordered superconductorsthat have neither time-reversal nor spin-rotational invariance. We find that inaddition to a tricritical fixed point $W T$ on that critical line there existan additional repulsive fixed point $W N$ where the vortex disorderconcentration $W N
