Abstract

BackgroundQuetiapine causes less prolactin elevation and-or galactorrhoea than other atypical antipsychotics.

Case PresentationMs AB had galactorrhoea and raised prolactin levels at only 100 mg of quetiapine daily.

ConclusionLow dose quetiapine can also cause galactorrhoea.
