# Predictions of Neutrino Mixing Angles in a T&#x27;Model - High Energy Physics - Phenomenology

Abstract: Flavor symmetry $T^{-} \times Z 2$ where $T^{-}$ is the binary tetrahedralgroup predicts for neutrino mixing angles $\theta {13} = \sqrt{2}\frac{\pi}{4} - \theta {23}$ and, with one phenomenological input, providesupper and lower bounds on both $\theta {13}$ and $\theta {23}$. The predictionsarise from the deviation of the Cabibbo angle $\Theta {12}$ from itslowest-order value $\tan 2\Theta {12} = \sqrt{2}-3$ and from the $T^{-}$mechanism which relates mixing of $u {\tau}, u {\mu}, u e$ neutrinos tomixing of $s, d$ quarks.
