Abstract: In this talk, we report our present work on the chiral magnetic effect CMEunder a strong magnetic field at low temperature. To this end, we use theinstanton vacuum with the finite instanton-number fluctuation Delta, whichrelates to the nontrivial topological charge Q t. We compute the vacuumexpectation values of the local chiral density , chiral charge density and induced electromagnetic current . We observed that thelongitudinal EM current is much larger than the transverse one,|j perp-j parallel| ~ Q t, and the equals to the ||. It alsoturns out that the CME becomes insensitive to the magnetic field as Tincreases, since the instanton effect decreases.
