Abstract

In this paper, the outer synchronization of stochastic complex networks with time-varying delay is investigated. A systematic method that allows one to construct global Lyapunov functions for these systems is provided by employing results from graph theory and Lyapunov method. By the construction of the Lyapunov function, some sufficient conditions of pth moment exponential outer synchronization are given. The theoretic result is also applied to an investigation of the outer synchronization of stochastic time-varying delayed coupled oscillators on networks. Finally, a numerical example is examined to illustrate the effectiveness of the results developed.
